Services
At Animal Urgent Care we will provide same day services for urgent and emergency illness and injuries. We do not provide routine care such as wellness exams and vaccinations.
It is a good idea to call and let us know you're coming and provide basic information, but we do not schedule appointments and, instead, function on a walk-in, triage system - the most critical patient present will receive the most immediate care. This may result in prolonged wait times for less urgent cases but, rest assured, your pet will be seen by a veterinary team member immediately, evaluated and treated accordingly. You are welcome to wait with your pet but you also have the option of leaving him or her with us, this will not change the order of treatment but will allow you some flexibility in your schedule.

A note on patients requiring follow up procedures or intensive care:
We will admit patients that require intensive care and overnight hospitalization and perform follow up procedures beyond stabilization. For instance, fracture repairs or follow up monitoring and treatment for ongoing medical cases. If you prefer stabilization and referral to a specialist, emergency/overnight clinic or your regular veterinarian, this can be arranged. We will tailor our level of involvement to your preference, we are here to provide the help that you need.
